Practical business advice.

To save time is to lengthen life.  Every businessman, every accountant, and every student who employs the shortest and best methods to arrive at results, is doing his work with satisfaction and profit.
We live in a fast age; we ride upon fast trains, we convey messages over land and under sea with the rapidity of lightning; trained minds and nimble fingers catch words as they fall from the lips of orators and make them living records; genius and diligence, brain and muscle are everywhere at work developing methods and inventing devices for expediting business and economizing time.

The quote is from D. Darling, President of Darling's Business College, in the introduction to his book: Practical Business Pointers (or Things Every One Should Know).

Printed in 1892.

Times never change.

Best,
Bryan
